How do I enable the # key on my Kondor Kit Bluetooth Keyboard?

Kondor Kit Bluetooth Keyboard

I recently purchased a new Kit Keyboard and have it connected to my mobile phone. When I press the Shift + 3 the # symbol does not appear. Is there any way that anyone knows to enable the # symbol please?
