How do i find the location of a phone that isn't mine?

I am in need of finding the physical location of a cell phone that is not mine.
Is there any find to do this?

Welcome to the forums. That's not possible unless you have the Google/Samsung credentials for that phone and use Android Device Manager or a similar app. If that's not the case, you need to contact the carrier or the police and explain your situation to them.
