How to fix google play services

Ok so i was running low on memory space on my Samsung Galaxy s5 and went on a deleting spree and i dont exactly remember all that i deleted but im almost certain i accidentally messed with some google play stuff and i know i shouldnt have. Now, google play, youtube, and even sbapchat wont start up. When i try to use them a popup box says "this app won't run unless you update google play services" i really just want a easy fix without having to factory reset.

Google play services can't be deleted unless you have root access. Maybe it's just disabled. Check in your disabled/turned off tab. In some phones the disabled apps are at the end of the "all" tab. If you find it just enable it back.

If it says you need an update, try going to the play store and update it.
