How do I fix my home clock?

Home Clock Messed Up

So my home clock is really messed up and I don't know why it's doing this. Ex: time is 19:07 (24 hour time ) but it says 70:91. What did I do :\

Go into system settings > data & time.

Make sure it's set to automatic - if that's causing the problem, then switch to manual (uncheck it) and set your own time. Let us know if you have any questions.

Problem is still going on, I changed every setting every way and it's not fixed.
