How to fix power sharing apps in samsung s6?

Please help to fix power sharing apps as i cannot charge my samsung s6 properly after last update. I checked the application manager the apps already installed and there but when i try to look it in the menu there i cannot see the apps. Try to replace my charger and try another charger but the result was the same. Please help me to find out how to uninstall or to fix this problem. Also i already clear the data, cache and even force stop.

Welcome to Android Central! Just to be clear, are you saying that whenever you try to charge the phone, it thinks you want to use the Power Sharing function instead? Can you uninstall the Power Sharing app?

Re: How to fix power sharing apps in samsung s6?

Yes. I think so but not so sure. When i first encounter this power sharing it lets me adjust the power to be share but because i dont know yet the apps i dont bother to learn till then suddenly cannot see the apps anymore. And i cannot uninstall it cause it wont let me and the apps cannot see only in application manager.

Re: How to fix power sharing apps in samsung s6?

If you select it in the App Manager, do you have an Uninstall option? If not, how about Disable?

No uninstall option, disable option only but its blocked and gray color. It cannot choose to disable the apps. One more thing i also do the recovery mode but it still the same

I already go through that option been went to playstore to install it but as usual as it was already installed in my phone there's no option of install

If the uninstall is greyed out then maybe you enabled that app to be a device administrator. Try turning that off and see if you can uninstall it

I have the same issue on the S6 Edge via Three mobile. Unfortunately the fix suggested does not work. As soon as I turn the profile sharing off, the popup appears again. Selecting decline only turns the profile sharing back on again. I am sure this constitutes a breach of privacy. If you decline a particular service amongst a hundred others, should the vendor/operator force you to accept?

I think you're talking about a separate issue. This is about power sharing, not profile sharing.

i seem to be having a similar problem. I was around 15% when I plugged in my charger and kept getting pop ups for power sharing even though I am only using a single charger that came with phone. now my phone wont charge when powered on and it is not indicating it is charging at all while off even though it is taking a little charge. no charge or battery symbol led light. nothing.
should I try to remove a power sharing app as well?

Turn off NFC

That's what i'm thinking too ..:

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap NFC and payment.
Tap the indicator next to "NFC" to turn the function on or off.
Return to the home screen.

I had the same problem yesterday and I read on a board somewhere that I had used a faulty plug and "broke" the USB connector. Coincidentally yesterday I borrowed someone else's cable. Then last night it wouldn't charge plugging into my regular cable but it did charge on the pad. So this morning I'm back to 100% and I'm not getting the message and it is charging on my regular cable again. I don't have a clue what I did or didn't do as I was getting ready to make an appointment at the repair shop for another connector. But now it seems to be working fine. Maybe a few reboots with the power back to 100% did it. Maybe the whole thing was a software deal because I had never seen that message before I used this guy's power cable.
