How do i fix server error when purchasing in- game?

Every time i try to make an in-app purchase i receive a server error. I have cleared cache, even did a factory reset on my phone. Same problem. Never had problem before. Not using Wi-Fi, using unlimited cellular data. Please help!!!

Contact the author (via the email address on the Play page). The error is either in the app or the server, not in your phone, so it has to be fixed on his (or her) end.
