For the past few days, I've been forgetting to unplug my tablet when I video chat my friend through Facebook Messenger. It was at 25 percent, I plugged it back in and it displayed 100 percent rather quickly. Then it drained super quickly to 30 percent over a half hour. I plugged it back in for several hours and it said it was at 99 percent, and that it had exactly four hours, 59 minutes, and 28 seconds of use left, but I take it off the charge and it says it only has 11 minutes left, but it still displays 99 percent. Would a factory reset fix this issue? Thanks in advance.
