How do I fix the M4a format on voice recorder?

how to fix m4a format on voice recorder

hi,
I made several voice records. some were recorded automatically as amr-files, some as m4a-files. the quality of the m4a's is much better and I'd like to fix this format for voice records but cannot find how.

There is an option for high quality recording and normal quality recording (Bottom left)

Press the bottom left icon.

High quality recording = m4a
Normal quality recording = amr
