how do i flash a theme

sorry if this was posted (i looked). but im running dl09 and would like to change the theme without changing the rom. is this possible and how do i go about it.

do you have clockworkmod recovery installed?

Yes it's possible to theme the stock ROM. You're going to need CWM Recovery either way you do it. You can find themes in ROM Manager, and have it install them for you. Or you can manually install a .zip of the theme by placing it on your SD card, booting into CWM recovery mode, and selecting it there.

Don't most themes require a deodexed ROM?

Only for added power menu features. If you're on a stock odexed system, you'll get everything but those.
