How do I forward picture/ video in Whatsapp with the original caption (text under the photo/video)

When I receive a picture phoot or video with some text included with it (as its caption), and I forward it to some other person or group, the caption text is removed. In other words, only photo or video can be forwarded by me to any other person but not the text which is sometimes written along with the photo at its bottom.

Kindly help. I ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling whatsapp on my phone

Whatsapp does not longer forward captions with media anymore . and this is also for other platform

I suggest you forward your media , and then copy paste the text to the group

You need to send them using the SHARE button with 3 balls in it, instead of the Forwarding arrow.
