I accidentally hit force stop on com.facebook.system and I need it for my gear vr. Is there anyway to get it back??? I have tried Uninstaller Facebook, restarting my phone, and reinstalling Facebook but that hasn't worked either

You should be able to just go to your settings, apps, all apps, find the application and re-enable it.
