How do I get my Galaxy Note Edge screen un-stuck?

Galaxy Note Edge Screen Stuck

Since I got my Galaxy Edge Note I have found that, increasingly, my Edge screen will get stuck. It will always stick on the favorite apps slide, it will not budge and it is missing the settings feature (sliding up from the bottom).

I have been through the settings and tried restarting/rebooting the device. Sometimes I will have success by restarting/rebooting the device although I'd say that is once in a handful of attempts.

I was willing to let it slide for a while but it is really bugging me as of late. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you are within your 14 days return and exchange it. Don't want to call samsung. They don't even have any to send if you do need a replacement. That is a software issue. You can try a factory reset but I would just exchange it.

Thanks! I've tried a factory reset with no luck. I got it on release day in the UK (12th December) so I believe I'm out of the warranty period but I'll have to look into it.

I had this happen to me today and even restarting didn't seem to help. Then i took off the back cover and battery for a minute. Starting the device again seemed to get everything back to normal. Touchwood till now.
See if this helps.

I have issue with my Camera struggles to focus
I was lucky to sell it of for same price

Got a New one hoping that was a faulty piece
Opend it at the Store & that too had a issue, was booting in Safe Mode
So they changed it there & there phewwwwww

But after few days still have the same Issue
& yes have done a factory rest with no luck

Seems Edge has Big issues
Sorry for the long story but Better go to Samsung & change the phone
I will be doing that
