How do I get my Google Play Music playlists from PC to Android?

I recently created a new Google Play Music playlists on my Windows PC but my Android devices don't have them. My PC, Pixel XL and Pixel C all have and play my Music Library, but a recent Playlist that I created on my Windows PC is not appearing on my Android devices. My old playlists are available on all the devices however. I don't know what changed. How do I make this work? TIA
