How do I get my iTunes music/playlists onto the Z3

Hi,

Sorry for the daft question but ive got my itunes music and itunes playlists from when i had my iphone 6. But i dont know how to transfer these across to my device?

Any ideas?!

Install the Sony pc companion from Sony's website. They also have a Mac version.
