How do I get my LG G3 that is stuck in the TWRP out of it?

HELP! LG G3 is stuck in the TWRP

So this morning I saw that there was an update, so I decided to update but when my phone rebooted it is now stuck in the TWRP and I can't get out. Please help, I am very new to this so anything you can help with please let me know.

I had this happen to me before, and here is how I fixed it:

[FIX] Stuck in Custom Recovery [TWRP/CWM] (A… | LG G3 | XDA Forums

Just put that zip on your SD Card and flash it. Fixes it perfectly!

It might. I am not sure (haven't tested). But I disabled my updates as I'd rather install them manually via ROMS, which of course does not have this issue.

This must have been repeated a hundred times over on XDA. Probably more: If you're rooted, don't accept any OTAs. If you have a non-stock recovery (e.g., TWRP), Never, EVER take an OTA.
