How do I get my phone to look like Nougat update?

On my old phone, a galaxy s7 edge, which was damaged and insurance got me a new one, my settings, notification and quick panel looked like the following:

I have already checked for themes and etc, none exist. I am using nova launcher and my phone is up to date. Any solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome to the forum. Sorry, there are no pictures as you can't post pics to the forum unless you're a member. I guess you're trying to make Nova look like Nougat, but there are many themes available in Nova that should get you close.

I just made an account. This is what they my old phone looked like, on the left. It changed after the update of nougat 7 on my phone. I was using nova then and it did not require me downloading a theme. I was just wondering why if it is up to date, it is not looking like that and if there is anyway besides downloading/buying a theme, I could get it to?

The best (but harder way) depending on your knowledge would be rooting then using a custom ROM. I use lineage OS on my honor 5X and it's identical to a Google pixel with gapps. With Google Assistant the Google pill and settings and all that. They have a s7 edge version. That I believe uses Samsung version of nougat. I don't own one so I can't say how to root it or if it will be what you want. It says it is all up to date, but i do not think it did. Maybe it will just take some time?

You can tell if it has it by looking at the phone status and looking for the version number. Android version 7.x is Nougat, 6.x is Marshmallow.
