How do I get out of a software install loop?

Software install loop. Help please !

I have entered in Recovery mode, selected Factory reset/ wipe data and after wiping data, appeared that robot which appears when installing software. The problem is that nothing else works. From time to time the robot dissapears and the logo appears , then after a few seconds the robot appears again. I tried to enter in Recovery mode again, but it's not opening anymore. Everytime i power it on, appears that robot installing. Is there anything i can do or it's lost?

Welcome to Android Central! What device do you have, and how did you arrive at this situation? Was it no longer booting up? Are you rooted, and did you flash a ROM?
