How do I get out of the reboot to reloader screen?

On my RCA Galileo pro I can't get out of the blue screen on reboot to reloader screen how do I get out?

You have to flash Android to it. See this or this. (The first link is supposedly by an RCA engineer [I'm not doubting it], but the second one is by someone who's done a lot for various Android devices.)
