How to get rid of Text Message+ Preview on S5 Lock screen

Hi - I use Verizon Messages (Message+: 6.2.3) and all of a sudden I woke up this morning and all the texts were showing a full preview in the lock screen.

I know how to hide the full text but I would still like it to say the person that texted me minus the entire text.

Check the play store. See if it recently updated. If it did, check the app settings and see if you have the lock screen options. Sometimes they update things to make things easier but not everyone wants full messages displayed for the whole world to see.

You can also go into settings>sounds and notifications and see if hiding sensitive content is an option. Maybe that will fix things? Report back if you try any of this!
