How do I get rid of AT&T and Samsung bloatware from my rooted Galaxy Note 3

Followed steps on wonder how to site but got stuck not being able to download safestrap. Not sure where to go from here.

You can use apps like Titanium Backup to remove things -- just be careful. If you remove something needed by the OS it could mess things up.
