It opens everytime I try to access the internet - it's a spin the wheel to win and you can't get out of the page. I clicked delete and now I have an additional facebook popup virus. 2 virus/malware programs did not get rid of this. HELP

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone, and which browser? If you're using Chrome, go its settings, then Privacy, then Clear Browsing Data. Clear everything From the Beginning of Time. Then make sure you avoid any website that seems to bring up those popups.
