How do i get the page to stop re-directing me ?

[AC Question]

I keep getting re-directed to a fashino58 page, using any type of browser and inside of apps. I had AVG and Avast installed on my phone after full scans neither app noticed anything. I factory reset my phone and im still being redirected.
