My proscan tablet dosent have Google play store and i would like to have it added on there how do i put it on

Welcome to Android Central! If it didn't come with the Play Store, that means it's not certified for Google Play, so even if you did install it, it might not be compatible. You could try searching the web for the latest Play Store apk file (Android Police usually has a link) and installing that. Make sure you have "Unknown Sources" checked in Settings>Security​ before trying to install the apk file.
