So last week. I got an actual ota for 25b. Now I see there is a 26a ota and when I try to check for an update, it will say we are unable to down the update.
I'm mainly wanting to know how to get updates on T-Mobile before the knock code comes.
So I did a bit of research, and I tried the Verizon software upgrade assistance (vsua) and it will not detect my phone at all. It detects the phone being connected and all drivers are properly installed. But it goes to the process of checking device as it is plugged in and automatically it stops and it does not show my phone on the list.
I have been trying this on the ethernet setting, modem settings and the media connection types. None of these work.
So how do I get this to work?
