how do i go about fixing my front camera

I'm having the same problem. The back camera works fine but I just have a white screen when I try to use the front camera. I noticed this issue a while back when I accidentally tried to use my phone unlock pattern 3x and with lookout antivirus protection it will take a screenshot and email it to you and all I ever get is a white image, no picture. Is there a way to fix this? I have a galaxy s4. Thanks for any help
