how do I go about upgrading my phone its a note II with 4.3 and I wan to go to 5.0? Please help

I need to go from 4.3 on my galaxy note II to the 5.0 version . my phone says it doesn't need any updates and I can't get the thing to change anything even in developers mode

I checked sammobile and there doesnt seem to be a 5.0 update you could check personally at sammobile.com to see the latest firmware for your device by going to the firmware section and searching for your model
