How do I import password protected S-Notes?

Importing Password Protected S-notes

Good day,

My name is Jenny...I had a Samsung S4 Mini...but it got stolen a while ago, but I had an S-note on it that was password protected - now that I got a new phone (Samsung A3) it has imported all of my S-notes that was on my old phone except for the one that was Password Protected - how do I get that S-note on my new phone?
