How do I keep watch brightness at 7 all the time instead of it going dim after a while?

I want my watch to be on normal brightness levels always. ALWAYS. Can this be done? I don't want to wait for it to wake up or tapping. I just want it on like a regular watch so I can see it.

What you can try is switch the Automatic Lower Brighness off, Always On Display on, and automatic time out of the display to the maximum value of 5 minutes.
If that isn't enough you'll have to find a watch face of which the Always ON Display is the same as the regular watch face.
