No one without your account credentials can access your phone remotely (unless a 3rd party app was manually installed, again, using your credentials to initiate the install). If you're concerned about access, follow the usual security steps and reset all your passwords, ensure no 3rd party apps that you don't recognize are on the phone, etc.

Probably not of my business but why would you think law enforcement is monitoring your phone?

What app are you talking about?

And let's not do a blanket disparagement of law enforcement as being corrupt. That's certainly not the case.
& why you insist on finding out why I want to know if I can find out if law enforcement is accessing my phone? Are you law enforcement or work w. tHem?

It's more that your question sounds paranoid, as if you're seeing some odd glitch or quirk and automatically assuming that it's due to some Big Brother. If you tell us why you're concerned, it may clue us into a more rational explanation.

And thanks for giving me a bit of a laugh tonight. I don't have time to work with law enforcement because I'm busy enough being a doctor. 😆

Coming back to this -- I'm locking this thread because it's become a bit ridiculous, and will just tempt others to troll. You have your answer -- it's 100% illegal for law enforcement to access your phone remotely without a warrant. Maybe the NSA or CIA can skirt this if they think you're some Top 10 Wanted ultra-dangerous criminal and get some high level permission, but if you were this kind of mastermind, I doubt you'd be asking me on a public forum if I were somehow working with law enforcement.
