How do I log into Gmail with 2 step verification?

[AC Question]

I've been trying to log into my gmail, however gmail stop txt me a verification code. I followed all the troubleshoot directions and it leads me back to verification code that is never sent. I've also did the troubleshoot on my mobile. I can't believe google has me going thru this major hassle. Please help I know I'm not the only one in the world with this problem. I'm so frustrating I'm thinking of moving to yahoo.
