How do I logouot or cancel an email account on my droid turbo

The MSN email on my droid turbo is not syncing anything recent, so I want to try logout and log back in or uninstall and reinstall - how do you do either or what is the best solution to the email account not syncing?

Try clearing the app cache.....Settings/Apps....tap on MSN....should see the option to Clear cache.See if that resolves the issue. If it doesn't, and if it's a system app you should be able to disable.....and if it's a third party app you should be able to uninstall from there too. If it's a third party app you can also uninstall at Play Store.
Have you checked the Settings in the app itself ? Often seen as three vertical dots. Check if there are settings for the syncing interval in there.
