How do I make a Galaxy Note 10.1 Stop Announcing the Page?

I have the original Galaxy Note 10.1. I don't remember ever turning this on, but the device now announces which page of the home screen that it's on aloud. I have a really shaky video that I think will illustrate what I mean.

That's what I did in the video in the above message. But that doesn't have any impact on the voice. When I turn certain settings on then it begins to speak in more areas than it did before. But no matter what the page numbers are always announced.

I had the same problem and got rid of it through:
Settings/Accessibility/Notification Mirroring Service Off

Hmmmm....there's no such setting on this device.
