Making Google Voice calls from my ATT Galaxy S4 mini

How do I make Google Voice calls from my S4 mini? There was not a prompt to choose that said to ask every time I make a call. It only stated that I could choose for international calls. I am wanting to use this service so I can call my clients from my personal phone using my google voice number. HELP!!

Welcome to Android Central! Open the Google Voice app on your phone, tap Menu>Settings. There should be an option there to decide which service to use any time you make a call.
