How do I make the volume button on my Samsung Galaxy S8 back to it's default setting?

While everyone is trying to change the default setting of their volume button (rocker) to permanently control media, I on the other hand am trying to make it control it's default ringer volume control. I don't know how it got to controlling only media. My problem is when my phone rings or when I want to put my phone on vibrate or silent, it brings up media volume no matter what window I am on, whether it be a game I am playing or on the main screen choosing an app to use. Before it used to control ringer volume and now I don't even know how it got to controlling only media

Mine is in settings>sounds and vibrations... Toggle off "use volume key for media".
