how to manage camera roll and phone storage on samsung galaxy s4

my phone has an sd card installed and i also have drop box and carousel and a photo app and galary. theyre all backed up on drop box and carousel but now i don't know where to delete from to keep my phone space cleared. Especially because i don't want to delete what is backed up

Welcome to Android Central! If photos are backed up to a cloud service, then you can delete the original that is locally stored on the phone. If you're using the stock Gallery app, look for an option to look at Device Folders only. If you're using the Google Photos app, swipe in from the left and tap Device Folders. Deleting photos here will only delete locally, not in the cloud.

You could also use My Files (or Windows Explorer while connected via USB) and delete the photos that way.
