How do i prep a nexus 9 for resale

I want to remove my Gmail account that is attached to this tablet. I want the new owner to get the option of setting up a new account or attaching their Gmail account to this tablet.

Hi! You can head over to settings > accounts, then remove your personal logins from there. Doing a factory reset afterwards helps too!
