how do I put the battery into my new Coolpad phone?

I need to put the battery into my brand new Coolpad but I don't know how the instructions don't say a thing!

Welcome to the forums. Most of the devices seem similar to iPhones, meaning the battery would be sealed in the device to the point that disassembling it would be rather daunting. I also could not find any instructions on how to swap it.

I hope this is not to late to help you. At the bottom right of the phone is a small notch. Insert a very strong fingernail or a small flat-head screwdriver and twist to separate the front from the back. You'll need to slide the implement up the case and do this once more on the bottom and once each on the sides. Good luck!
