How do I re-enable my contacts on my Samsung Tab 3 Lite(Android OS)

I went to the apps info and disenabled it.

Is there some other unharmful way to disable the call functionality of an android device from an admin backend like; Samsung KNOX EMM

Welcome to Android Central! So you re-enabled Contacts--but is it still not working?

Is Airplane Mode not an option for you to disable call functionality? Are you trying to prevent others from using it?
