My note edge finger print dont work several time now it offers back up password that i also fogot how i can use again my finger print

I did the same thing but once I remember my password I hurried up and disabled that finger print scanner. It only worked every blue moon anyways

I also got locked out of my Galaxy S6, finger print won't work and i also forgot my back up password. can't use to access my device via google Android Device Manager as my phone location icon is also turned off. can anyone help me, please.

The AT&T support suggests resetting to factory default.
I really don't want to reset my phone.

hi help will be much appreciated I have manged to reset password from google on my note 4 but when i press button on my note 4 its says agin back password but it does appear a messge from google but there is no where to input that password plz help
