"Doesn't have a good signal" doesn't sound like a virus, it sounds like you dropped the phone. That would require a trip to the repair shop.

Are you sure you didn't something on in Developer Options? The red flash thing sounds like a show XXX update or some GPU feature is active in the dev menu... If not, factory default, if that fails reimage the phone via KDZ or TOT, if that fails, replace the handset or send it in for repair/replacement.
