How do I remove grid pattern over screen?

A grid (8x12) started to appear over my phone's screen. It doesn't take all the screen vertically but almost all the screen is taken horizontally. It's like a filigrane over my screen. Not sure what I did in order for this to appear, but I really have no idea how to get rid of it.

And is it possible that it's phantom lines from an app that stayed on screen for a while?

Do you have any Developer Options turned on?

Hi and thanks for your reply. No it doesnt show in a screenshot. That's why I think it's like the screen burned in some way... the grid has disappeared since then...

Usually if you have burn in it be permanent, did you turn on developer settings ? Glad its gone !

Yes I tried in developper settings but it didn't do anything. It was like phantom lines and it matched the grid of a word game I played a long time with that night... The grid disappeared lesser than a day after. Anyway, thanks for helping. Have a good one!
