How do I remove the bill cycle off the lock screen on my Galaxy S6?

how to remove bill cycle off lock screen on galaxy s6?

On my lock screen there's a small black bar that says 'Bill Cycle' and has some other information on it and no matter what I do I can't get it to go away. It just stays on my lock screen and therefore I can't see my wallpaper behind it. Does anybody else have this issue or know what I'm talking about?

That could depend on the carrier or network. For example, Tracfone keeps the information on the phone and shows it.

If you have tmobile what you need to do is go to your T Mobile account app, go into settings, and then just uncheck the box that shows on lock screen.

UNCHECK Display usage information in the notification bar
