How do I remove the icon with white circles inside a grey square on my samsung s21

When touched it opens to a grey square with links for Facebook, messenger, Instagram, settings, camera, and home.

You can see it on the left in the middle of the screen. You can move it around the screen.

Drag it to the top or bottom of the screen and see if x appears to dispose of it ?

Welcome to the forums. Can you post a screenshot with the menu you get after touching that icon?

It's possible that one of your apps created that shortcut.

Check this , go settings>advanced feature>dual messenger , so you see anything that says toggle a menu for them?

This is what my dual messenger looks like. They're not being applied so I don't think that is the issue but you can see how that grey square shows up everywhere.

Same as mine so that's not it , looks similar to assistant menu but it's not , but double check there in settings>accessibility>interactions and dexetry is it on assistant menu?

Boho, it maybe the Assistant Menu.
Check at Settings > Accessibility > Interaction and dexterity > Assistant menu. See if the toggle is on or off. If on, try turning it off.
