how do I remove the lock feature during calls?

The galaxy ace 4 displays a lock screen during a phone call. I have to double tap in order to get back into the call screen. How do I remove this feature?

It's under warranty. It's supposed to bring the screen back after about half a second after you take it away from your face. If it isn't, the proximity detector isn't working properly (unless you have the top part of the phone, near the earphone, covered by a case - some cases aren't designed properly), so have it repaired or replaced.
