How do I remove the small box that suddenly appeared on my Galaxy 5?

I have a small white box with 4 smaller gray boxes inside of it. If I tap it it gives me different options. I can drag it across the screen but if I hold it for awhile no remove option comes up. One direction I was given was to go into settings and tap input help. I do not have input help under settings.

Could be a widget to show photos but you should be able to long press and move to drop it in trash

Could be the box that TOOLBOX puts on every screen. It can be turned off in SETTINGS. I hope this is your problem.

Go to Settings < Accessibility < Dexterity & Interaction < Assistant Menu < Turn OFF. Hopefully this helps!
