How do I reset my ringtone? I hit the wrong optione.

When I go into "sounds and vibrations" and then go to "ringtone" to change my ringtone, it does not bring up a list of ringtones, just a file folder listing. Can this be reset to the default somehow?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu, then Reset All App Preferences. Now try choosing a ringtone, and see if it gives you a couple of choices for how to complete the task.
