How do I restore to my old rom

When I boot into recovery (xionia) to switch back to my old rom (Reborn) , do I need to wipe cache, or data or anything or just go to the restore option and restore it without wiping anything? Also do i do "Advanced Restore" or "Restore "

Nandroid restores essentially wipe data and cache because they overwrite it with what you backed up. Just do the standard Restore. Advanced Restore is used to restore specific partitions and can severely screw things up if you don't know what you are doing.
