How do I retrieve photos from my Samsung Galaxy 6 phone which I dropped and now can't turn it on?

My phone has a blue light on the top LHS front but otherwise no signs of life. I have lots of photos I desperately want to retrieve. Is there anyway of doing it with this phone?

Did you have all photos and videos backed up to your Google account?

If so, sign into Google on your Laptop or PC and they should be there.
