How do I set up automatic voicemail password (on Verizon)?

How do I I set up up voicemail password so I don't have to enter it manually each time? Verizon is my carrier. TIA

I think it's , for pause. Why not use visual voice-mail, basic is free.

Why would you still be calling into your voicemail? Verizon gives you Basic Visual Voicemail for free these days.

Use the basic visual voicemail. Comes free with Verizon.

If you don't want to use visual vm, Pool_shark is correct. Commas are pauses.

On mine when I go to Phone, More, Settings, Voice Mail Settings and tap the voice mail number it brings up a numeric keyboard. If you tap the lower left key *#( it brings up the secondary numeric. Here you'll see Pause and Wait as entry keys. But the comma works for pause too. Two commas and my passcode fit for my setup.
