Welcome to Android Central! On your phone, open the Dialer/Phone app, tap Menu, then Settings>Call Settings>Voicemail>Setup. You can enter the voicemail number for your carrier. The rest of your voicemail setup is carrier dependent. Go to your carrier's website and look for help on how to set up your voicemail.
